Summer Session

May 15 to August 16, 2013

International House is the perfect place to meet your summer housing needs during your summer internship or studies. We offer a welcoming community of approximately 700 students and interns from around the globe and provide a wide variety of programs and activities. Facilities include a dining room, gymnasium, fitness center, computer lab, music practice rooms and study center.

 

Eligibility Requirements-Who can apply to live at I-House for the Summer Session?


Students enrolled during the summer 2013 or during the spring 2013 semester or during the fall 2013 semester
Full-time interns or trainees during the summer session
Visiting scholars during the summer or the spring semester prior or the fall semester following the summer session
From any country, including the United States
18 years of age and older

The eligibility requirements for the academic year are different from the summer session. If you are interested in membership at International House beyond mid-August please refer to the information about academic year admission or contact the Admissions Office for additional information.

Length of Stay

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for any length of stay of 30 days or more between mid-May and mid-August. For information about stays of less than 30 days, please read about our guest accommodations.

Complete applications received after April 25th will be reviewed and the applicant will be notified every three business days. Due to high demand and limited availability, we recommend that you submit your application at least two weeks prior to arrival.
