The Women’s International Leadership (WIL) Program is an intensive, nine-month fellowship program designed to help each Fellow gain a clearer vision of her own abilities, enhance her leadership skills, and learn how to effectively lead others, particularly in cross-cultural environments. Fellows have the opportunity to network with professionals, develop mentorships, and collaborate as a group to host programs during WIL Week.
Over the past 25 years, over 400 women have graduated from WIL, the majority of whom have gone on to hold high profile positions across numerous fields.
Our unique program focuses on growth in the following key areas:
- Personal leadership and agency
- Cross cultural EQ
- Professional skill development
- Digital identity and brand management
- Social responsibility
- Cross-disciplinary teaming and collaboration
