I-House offers two kinds of guest accommodations.
Guest Rooms/Suites: These 11 rooms/suites are commonly used for family and friends of residents and community members. They are similar to hotel style accommodations. Rates start at approximately $170/night. Reservations can be made by contacting Guest Services directly at (212)316-8454.
Single Student Rooms: available during the summer and on a limited basis during the winter break between semesters. Daily rates are $70/night. Reservations can be made by contacting the Admissions Office at (212)316-8436 no more than 10 days prior to desired arrival date.
Resident members are allowed one overnight guest at a time in their room for a maximum of 6 nights in a 30-night period. Please see the full Guest Policy for details. Guests must submit photo ID when they enter the building. Mattresses and cots are available for rental at $20/night and $25/night respectively. Additional fees may apply.
