Fellowships
I-House Fellowships offer leadership development to eligible Residents to serve and support their peers in the I-House community. The expectation is that as a Resident Leader, you will play a key role in carrying out the Mission of International House. As a Leader, you will have the opportunity to plan, develop and implement activities to foster engagement in community and to provide support for Residents across diverse cultures and you are an ambassador of I-House, which means you are an integral part of the strategic plan for Relevance, Visibility and Institutional Stability. This includes incorporating the values of I-House: Respect, Empathy and Moral Courage.
Residents who are selected for Fellowships also have an opportunity to participate in the International Leaders Program (ILP), a series of training sessions designed to enhance the leadership and cross-cultural skills of residents living in our unique community. Successful participants receive certificates of completion and a modest stipend at the end of the academic year.

Program Fellow Team
Program Fellows plan, develop, and implement diverse areas of programming for the I-House community. They also work together as a team with Programs Office staff throughout the year to plan programs that create interaction among residents.

Women’s International Leadership Program
The Women’s International Leadership (WIL) Program is an intensive, nine-month fellowship program designed to help each Fellow gain a clearer vision of her own abilities, enhance her leadership skills, and learn how to effectively lead others, particularly in cross-cultural environments.
