The International House community was saddened to learn of the passing of Charles “Chuck” Golden, longtime artistic director of the ALLNATIONS Dance Company at I-House. Golden died in Lyndhurst, NJ on February 16, 2022, at age 86.
For more than 30 years, the dance company, founded by the late Herman “HR” Rottenberg, entertained audiences in more than 55 countries on six continents with its show “Joy In Every Land,” while carrying the banner and message of International House around the world.

I-House Residents Celebrate Lunar New Year in Davis Hall
The International House Spring 2022 programming season opened with a Lunar New Year Celebration on February 4, 2022. Approximately 100 Residents attended the first in-person event of the year in the spacious Davis Hall, where Residents and special guests graced the stage in an exuberant show of dance, music, comedy, and fashion.

When Amos N. Jones moved into International House in the fall of 2002, he was not fully prepared for what he was about to experience.
Jones, now a Washington, DC-based attorney who practices, lectures and publishes in the areas of civil rights, religious freedom and ethics, chose I-House as his residence while pursuing his Masters in Journalism from Columbia University.
