ADMISSIONS, PROGRAMS & RESIDENT LIFE

Resident Life Policies – Familiarize yourself with the Resident Life policies and learn about your responsibilities of living as a member of a community devoted to a mission. Please also familiarize yourself with our current COVID-19 isolate in place policy.
I-House Events – We have an exciting calendar of events planned, with many developed by Resident Leadership Fellows. Guest Policy – Be sure to review the I-House Guest Policy. All guests must be signed in and accompanied by an I-House Resident Member, be fully vaccinated, and adhere to I-House policies.
BURSAR SERVICES (FINANCE OFFICE)

Note: The I-House Incident Report form is for Resident Members, Fellows, and Staff to report violations of the International House Community Standards or lodge complaints. All information will be kept confidential and will only be utilized to resolve your issue.
FACILITIES & SITE OPERATIONS
Facilities & Site Operations – Learn about how our team is making I-House a safe and comfortable home for you and the role Residents play.
Maintenance – Create a Work Request Ticket on our ticket system, Upkeep, for assistance with maintenance issues, including the installation/removal of air conditioners.

Laundry – Washing machines are available onsite 24/7 in both the South and the North Buildings, and use a card-based, cashless system. Contact Vincent Melito with any questions about using the laundry facilities.

- The North Laundry Room: The Laundry Room on the B Level in the North Building offers highly efficient laundry machines with large load capacity and fast cycle times. The new machines also utilize a Bluetooth mobile app pay service similar to what is used in the South Building Laundry Room. You can download the CSC PayMobile App and set up an account. For assistance, call the CSC Customer Service Number at 1 (844) 272-9675. Alternatively, you can visit the CSC website.
Cleaning Services – We recognize that our Residents are extremely busy and at times can use some cleaning assistance with either their personal quarters or within the shared suites. To help, we have developed a program where you can enlist the Housekeeping team to provide these services for a fee. This additional service will be available for all Residents (North and South Buildings) anytime between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Saturday. To place a service request, simply submit a work request to our Housekeeping team through UpKeep or if you prefer, you can email your request for service directly to our Housekeeping Manager, Juan Luis Rojas. Free Wi-Fi is provided to all Residents via the “ihnyc-secure” wireless network. To report a Wi-Fi issue, contact the IT Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 212.316.8400 and dial Ext. 7888. Please be sure to mention your room number and confirm first that you are connected to the “ihnyc-secure” network.
