When Nick van der Kloot ’83 and Angeline van der Kloot ’83 arrived at I-House in the early ’80s, a chance meeting in the Dining Hall sparked a connection that would shape their lives. Nick came from the Netherlands for a professional internship, while Angeline was pursuing graduate studies at Columbia. At I-House, what began as a simple conversation quickly grew into a lasting partnership grounded in community and cultural exchange.
